About Reality House

Established in 1967, Reality House Inc. provided culturally-appropriate substance abuse and HIV treatment and prevention services to New Yorkers living mainly in Harlem, Washington Heights and the South Bronx. In 2006, we suspended our services and temporarily relocated our offices to 3280 Broadway in an effort to undergo an agency redesign and redevelopment campaign. Our strategic plan is to establish a veteran centered services program, specially creating an OASAS licensed chemical dependency treatment community residence. In addition, Reality House will open a new OASAS licensed medically supervised out-patient program, providing chemical dependency treatment and other human services.

This endeavor has prompted a re-examination of our mission, philosophy and program focus. In this regard, we are currently accepting and reviewing resumes.
