Primary Care

Reality House provides general Primary Care for every client that walks through its doors. For clients who are HIV positive, Reality House offers HIV-specific Primary Care. All clients are given physical examinations upon entering any program. These physical examinations include blood work for STDs and Hepatitis as well as TB tests. For specialized medical services such as ophthalmology, proctology, hypertension, asthma, podiatry, dentistry, and dermatology we refer our clients to North General Hospital and Harlem Hospital.
